We arrived and were instantly treated like royalty! The staff, especially Paco, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome, even let us pick our favorite coffee pods every morning.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly worth every penny.

disappointing room

i almost considered giving this hotel a good review but just couldn’t. the sunbeds felt like a torture device—horribly hard! i expected at least a complimentary upgrade but received nothing. truly disappointing for such a sought-after place.

The pool area had guests claiming loungers far too early, leaving little chance for others!!! A small sign suggesting shared use would be beneficial!!! the distinction between a balcony and a terrace was misleading!!!

Had an amazing time with friends! The spacious room was perfect for hanging out together, and we loved the rooftop terrace for sunset drinks. The concierge service was great, helping us book a tour to the beautiful beaches and nearby restaurants. Free WiFi was a bonus!

Unfortunately, some guests hogged the loungers by the pool area early in the morning, which made it tough to find a spot later in the day.

Had a great time with friends! The rooftop terrace was perfect for evening hangouts. We enjoyed free WiFi, and the concierge helped us book a few local tours, including a visit to the beautiful beaches and some fantastic restaurants nearby. The staff was super friendly and helpful.
